Daniel followed in his fathers footsteps. Straight out of high school, Daniel completed his Apprenticeship in Carpentry at Miller TAFE, and went on to also complete a Certificate IV in Building. Daniel later obtained his builders licence.
Upon completing his qualifications, Daniel was given the opportunity to take the reins of his father's carpentry business, Simone Constructions. Simone Constructions was already incredibly successful when Daniel became General Manager. Despite being an already strong, trusted and thriving company, Daniel managed to grow even further, turning something great into something even better by doubling both the team and turnover in the 2 years he was in the position.
In 2015, Joe, Rosemary and Daniel decided that they wanted to venture into the other side of home building - getting face to face with clients. They wanted to make a difference by adding more transparency to a blurry and sometimes untrustworthy industry. After looking into some franchising opportunities, they decided that they would rather start from scratch. From this came Simone Homes - continuing on the trusted Simone Constructions name.
Right from the beginning, Daniel knew that he wanted to help people find their happy place. Daniel does this by helping to educate and inform all of his clients at Simone Homes. He strongly believes that it is important that builders be completely transparent and upfront with their clients, and that building companies should have strong, honest and trusting relationships with all of the people they build homes for.
Daniel hopes to grow Simone Homes into a brand that is known and trusted Australia wide.
On a more personal level, Daniel wants to continue to educate people about home building and to give them the power to make informed decisions. Daniel would also like to expand his reach and become a trusted spokesperson of the industry.
