Daniel is the General Manager of Simone Homes - a residential home building company in South Western Sydney. Simone Homes currently employs 8 people in a variety of roles. Daniel's roles within Simone Homes are Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Content Creator, and his main focus as General Manager is on the company's growth and development. Daniel also devotes his time - both in and out of work - to educating and informing people about home building and the home building process.

I have read so many posts and building forums. It seems like there are a few people that feel like the builder is out to get them. Well, let me tell you, we’re not – the builder is not out to get you. Now before I get into this let’s just make one thing clear, I am talking about most builders and my experience as a professional builder, and not the small minority of people who do wrong.
